These Moroccan carrots are tossed with crunchy chickpeas, sweet raisins and spicy seasonings for a rich and tasteful side!

- 4large carrots,peeled, grated
- 16ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can), (chickpeas), drained, rinsed
- ½cupraisins
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tbsplemon juice
- ½tspcumin
- ½tspchili powder
- salt and ground pepper,to taste
- ¼cupfeta cheese,crumbled
Instructions

Combine the carrots, garbanzo beans, and raisins together in a bowl.

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and ground black pepper together. Stir into the carrot mixture.

Marinate the carrot mixture for 2 hours.
