Mixed bitter greens like crisp frisee, baby arugula, and endives are tossed in a creamy and tangy dressing, and served with pita chips, for a tasteful meal!

Ingredients

  • 2tbspfresh lemon juice
  • 2tbspmayonnaise
  • ¼cupextra-virgin olive oil,plus 2 tbsp
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1frisée head
  • 2Belgian endives
  • 7ozradicchio,(1 head)
  • 1bagbaby arugula
  • 2cupspita chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the mayonnaise. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking until blended.

  2. Season the dressing with salt and pepper, add the frisée, endives, radicchio, arugula, and pita chips, then toss the salad well.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
