How To Make Mexican Avocado BLT Pasta Salad

Our BLT pasta salad recipe is incredibly delicious made with pasta bowties, bacon, Mexican avocadoes, and tomato tossed in a creamy cilantro lime dressing.

For Salad:

  • 1lbpasta bowties,cooked, drained
  • ½lbbacon,cooked, crumbled
  • 2cupsromaine,chopped
  • 1large avocado from Mexico,diced
  • 1tbsplime juice
  • 1cuptomato,diced

For Dressing:

  • 1avocado from Mexico
  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • ½cupcilantro
  • 1tsphot sauce
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1tbspgarlic,minced
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • 2tbsplime juice



  1. Add the mayonnaise, hot sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice to a small food processor, and blend until smooth.

To Assemble:

  1. Add the lime juice to the chunks of avocados, and layer the pasta, bacon, romaine, avocados, and tomatoes.

  2. Add the dressing and gently combine.
