
How To Make Mexican Avocado BLT Pasta Salad
Our BLT pasta salad recipe is incredibly delicious made with pasta bowties, bacon, Mexican avocadoes, and tomato tossed in a creamy cilantro lime dressing.

Ingredients
For Salad:
- 1lbpasta bowties,cooked, drained
- ½lbbacon,cooked, crumbled
- 2cupsromaine,chopped
- 1large avocado from Mexico,diced
- 1tbsplime juice
- 1cuptomato,diced
For Dressing:
- 1avocado from Mexico
- ½cupmayonnaise
- ½cupcilantro
- 1tsphot sauce
- ¼cupolive oil
- 1tbspgarlic,minced
- ¼tspkosher salt
- 2tbsplime juice
Instructions
Dressing:

Add the mayonnaise, hot sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice to a small food processor, and blend until smooth.
To Assemble:

Add the lime juice to the chunks of avocados, and layer the pasta, bacon, romaine, avocados, and tomatoes.

Add the dressing and gently combine.
