- ¼cupolive oil
- ¼cupred wine vinegar
- 1tbspdried oregano
- 1tbspgarlic,chopped
- 15ozchickpeas,(1 can), drained
- 6ozsmall black olives,(1 can), drained
- 6ozmarinated artichoke hearts,(1 jar), drained
- 6ozroasted red peppers,(1 jar), drained, chopped
- 3ozfeta cheese,crumbled
- 1½oznon pareil capers,rinsed, drained
- 10ozdolmas grape leaves,(1 jar), drained, rinsed
Instructions

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic for the dressing in a small bowl until blended.

Mix together the chickpeas, olives, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and capers in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
