Ingredients

  • 2mangos,peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1cupraspberry vinaigrette salad dressing,(reduced fat)
  • 8cupsmixed salad greens,torn
  • ¼cupcilantro,chopped
  • ¼cupred onion,sliced
  • ½cupfresh raspberries
  • ½cupfresh blackberries
  • ½cupfresh strawberries,halved
  • ½cupfresh blueberries
  • ½cuphazelnuts,toasted
  • 4ozparmesan cheese,freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Place 1 mango and the raspberry vinaigrette dressing in a blender, and blend until liquefied.

  2. In a bowl, toss the remaining mango, salad greens, cilantro, and onion. Drizzle with the dressing mixture.

  3. Top each serving with equal amounts of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and hazelnuts. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
