  • 1romaine lettuce head
  • 2cupscroutons
  • Greek yogurt Caesar dressing
  • ¼cupParmesan cheese,freshly-grated, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Toss the Romaine, croutons, Greek yogurt Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese together until combined.

  2. Serve topped with extra Parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
