How To Make Lettuce Salad with Fruit
This is a lighter take on the usual salad. Made wholly of lettuce and your favorite fruit.

Ingredients
- 12 cups baby lettuce , or spinach
- 1 cup fruit, whatever kind you like, strawberries, cantaloupe, raspberries
Dressing:
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Wash lettuce and spin dry.
- Cut fruit in bite size pieces.
- Combine dressing ingredients.
- Pour over lettuce and fruit and toss well.
