How To Make Lettuce Salad with Fruit

This is a lighter take on the usual salad. Made wholly of lettuce and your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

  • 12 cups baby lettuce , or spinach
  • 1 cup fruit, whatever kind you like, strawberries, cantaloupe, raspberries

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Wash lettuce and spin dry.
  2. Cut fruit in bite size pieces.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients.
  4. Pour over lettuce and fruit and toss well.
