  • 2avocados,diced
  • 1English cucumber,sliced
  • 3roma tomatoes,diced
  • ¼cupred onion,sliced
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese balls
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 1tbspItalian seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella cheese balls. Gently toss.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Add to the vegetables and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
