- 1English cucumber,sliced
- 3roma tomatoes,diced
- ¼cupred onion,sliced
- ½cupmozzarella cheese balls
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 1tbspItalian seasoning
- salt and pepper
