Ingredients
- 1 fresh honeydew melon, sliced or cubed
- 1 fresh cantaloupe melon, sliced or cubed
- 3 avocados, sliced or cubed
- 1 medium red onion, or purple onion , sliced thinly
- romaine, or any other leafy lettuce
- Garlic-Chili-Lime Mayonnaise, recipe to follow
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 lime juice , and zest , depending on size and to your liking
- 1 Tbsp garlic, roasted , minced
- ½ tsp creamy horseradish
- ½ tsp chili paste
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper
