Make a quick and easy tomato salad with ripe heirloom tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, and fresh basil. Tossed in olive oil, it’s perfect for lunch!

Ingredients
- 4mediumtomatoes,ripe, sliced
- ¼cupred onion,chopped
- 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 8kalamata olives
- fresh basil,sliced
- kosher salt and fresh pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, combine onions, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 5 to 10 minutes.

To Assemble: Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a plate. Pour olive oil and onions on top, then season with additional salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil.
