How To Make Ham and Shell Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 8 oz cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta shells, diced ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and fresh parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
