How To Make Ham and Shell Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 8 oz cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta shells, diced ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and fresh parsley.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
