How To Make Grilled Salmon Salad with Watercress Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups watercress
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  2. Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from grill and let cool.

  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, honey, and minced garlic.

  4. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. In a separate bowl, toss the watercress with half of the dressing.

  6. Divide the dressed watercress onto four plates.

  7. Break the grilled salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the watercress.

  8. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the salmon.

  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
