How To Make Griddled Tuna with Bean & Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 1 can of mixed beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the tuna for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed beans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the bean and tomato mixture, and toss to combine.

Divide the bean and tomato salad among 4 plates.

Slice the grilled tuna steaks and arrange on top of the salad.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
