How To Make Great Green Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced radishes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, avocado, feta cheese, fresh basil, and fresh parsley.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
