How To Make Ginger Beef Salad
Made with shredded roast beef and dried noodles, this Asian-style beef salad is tossed in a rice vinegar-fish sauce dressing, for a filling dish.

Ingredients
- 2tbsprice vinegar
- 2tbspAsian fish sauce
- 2tbspcanola oil
- 1½tbspfresh ginger,minced
- 1tbspsugar
- ½*Coriander-Dusted Roast Beef,(see Recipe Notes for recipe) or 12 oz roast beef
- 12ozmixed greens
- 1cupchow mein noodles,dried
- 6radishes
- ¼cupcilantro,chopped
- ¼cupmint,chopped
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with fish sauce, canola oil, ginger, and sugar.

Add shredded beef, mixed greens, dried noodles, radishes, cilantro, and mint and toss.

Serve right away.
