How To Make Ginger Beef Salad

Made with shredded roast beef and dried noodles, this Asian-style beef salad is tossed in a rice vinegar-fish sauce dressing, for a filling dish.

  • 2tbsprice vinegar
  • 2tbspAsian fish sauce
  • 2tbspcanola oil
  • tbspfresh ginger,minced
  • 1tbspsugar
  • ½*Coriander-Dusted Roast Beef,(see Recipe Notes for recipe) or 12 oz roast beef
  • 12ozmixed greens
  • 1cupchow mein noodles,dried
  • 6radishes
  • ¼cupcilantro,chopped
  • ¼cupmint,chopped


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with fish sauce, canola oil, ginger, and sugar.

  2. Add shredded beef, mixed greens, dried noodles, radishes, cilantro, and mint and toss.

  3. Serve right away.
