  • ½red pepper,diced
  • ½green pepper,diced
  • ½red onion,diced
  • 4ozjalapenos,diced
  • cupmayonnaise
  • 2tspchili powder
  • cupscheddar cheese
  • 5ozFritos chips


  1. Combine all ingredients except Fritos in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Just before serving, stir in Fritos.
