Ingredients
- 2pintsgrape tomatoes,halved or 3 cups diced tomatoes
- ¼cupred onion,thinly sliced
- 1tbspfresh herbs,such as basil and fresh oregano
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1tbspred wine vinegar
- salt & pepper,to taste
- ½cupbocconcini,sliced or diced, optional
Instructions

Place tomatoes, red onion, and bocconcini in a shallow bowl.
