How To Make Fresh Fig and Arugula Salad

Whip up a delectably sweet and chunky arugula salad loaded with fresh figs. It’s rich in protein and fiber, making it the tastiest healthy brunch meal.

Ingredients

  • 8cupsbaby arugula
  • 8fresh figs,washed and quartered
  • 1.75ozgoat cheese,semi-soft
  • ½cupbalsamic glaze
  • 4tspextra virgin oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange the arugula on a salad bowl or platter, or divide them on 8 salad plates.

  2. Top with quartered figs and goat cheese, then serve with balsamic glaze and olive oil on the side. Enjoy!
