How To Make Fresh Cobb Salad

This cobb salad has tender chicken pieces, fresh lettuce, cheese, and bacon all dressed in a tangy vinaigrette. Such a vibrant dish!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8cupsromaine lettuce,washed and chopped
  • 4eggs,hard boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 1avocado,pitted
  • 1cupcherry tomatoes,halved
  • 2cupschicken,cooked, chopped
  • ½cupred onion,sliced
  • 6bacon,slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 4ozblue cheese

For Dressing:

  • ¼cupcider vinegar,or your favorite vinegar
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 2tbspdijon mustard
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • ½cupvegetable oil
  • salt & pepper,to taste

Instructions

Dressing:

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small jar with a lid. Shake well to combine and refrigerate.

To Assemble:

  1. Place lettuce in the bottom of a large salad bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.

  2. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
