This cobb salad has tender chicken pieces, fresh lettuce, cheese, and bacon all dressed in a tangy vinaigrette. Such a vibrant dish!

Ingredients
- 8cupsromaine lettuce,washed and chopped
- 4eggs,hard boiled, peeled and chopped
- 1avocado,pitted
- 1cupcherry tomatoes,halved
- 2cupschicken,cooked, chopped
- ½cupred onion,sliced
- 6bacon,slices, cooked and crumbled
- 4ozblue cheese
For Dressing:
- ¼cupcider vinegar,or your favorite vinegar
- 1tbsphoney
- 2tbspdijon mustard
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ½cupvegetable oil
- salt & pepper,to taste
Instructions
Dressing:

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small jar with a lid. Shake well to combine and refrigerate.
To Assemble:

Place lettuce in the bottom of a large salad bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
