Ingredients
- 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- ¼ cup onion, sliced
- ½ cup green pepper, sliced
- 3 cup dark leafy greens, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp salsa
- ½ tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce , or lemon juice
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fat-free sour cream, optional
Instructions
- Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté chicken in lemon juice or soy sauce can use leftover chicken breast until heated through.
- Increase heat to medium-high to high heat and add onions, peppers, and garlic powder.
- Allow vegetables to char slightly.
