How To Make Easy Shrimp Salad
Make a zesty seafood dish with this shrimp salad, dressed in lemon juice, fresh dill, and Dijon, with a dash of Old Bay spice.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes

Serves:
Ingredients
- 1lbmedium shrimp,cooked, peeled and chilled
- 2stalkscelery,diced
- 1green onion,finely diced
- 2hard boiled eggs,finely diced
- ½long English cucumber,finely diced
- 1tbspfresh dill
- 1tbspfresh lemon juice
- ½cupmayonnaise
- ½tspOld Bay seasoning
- 1 ½tspgrainy Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper,to taste
Instructions
Chop shrimp into small pieces.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Serve over salad, on a croissant or with tortilla chips.
