How To Make Easy Shrimp Salad

Make a zesty seafood dish with this shrimp salad, dressed in lemon juice, fresh dill, and Dijon, with a dash of Old Bay spice.

  • 1lbmedium shrimp,cooked, peeled and chilled
  • 2stalkscelery,diced
  • 1green onion,finely diced
  • 2hard boiled eggs,finely diced
  • ½long English cucumber,finely diced
  • 1tbspfresh dill
  • 1tbspfresh lemon juice
  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • ½tspOld Bay seasoning
  • 1 ½tspgrainy Dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop shrimp into small pieces.

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.

  3. Serve over salad, on a croissant or with tortilla chips.
