A quick refreshing snack, this four-ingredient pear salad comes with a creamy, cheesy topping and fresh cherry to finish.

  • 16ozpear halves,(1 can), drained
  • ¼cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • 6maraschino cherries


  1. Place the pear halves on a plate cut side up. Place a spoonful of mayonnaise into the pit of each one.

  2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top of the mayonnaise. Top each one with a whole cherry.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
