
How To Make Easy Pasta Salad
Have a colorful pasta salad packed with tender vegetables, tossed in a tangy salad dressing, for a richer meal. Cook up a batch in just under one hour!

Ingredients
- 12oztri-color rotini pasta
- 10ozgrape tomatoes,(1 pint), halved
- 1½cupsEnglish cucumber,diced
- 1½cupsbroccoli florets,chopped tiny
- 1cupyellow bell pepper,chopped
- 1cupolives,sliced
- ¾cupbaby carrots,thinly sliced
- â…“cupred onion,chopped
- ½cupparmesan cheese,finely shredded
- 1â…“cupsItalian salad dressing,bottled, used Kraft
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions to al dente, but do not season the water with salt. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Pour the pasta into a bowl, add the tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, olives, cucumber, carrots, red onion and parmesan.

Pour the salad dressing over, then toss to evenly coat.

Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Add a little more dressing, if needed.

Serve chilled, and enjoy!
