Ingredients
Orzo Pasta Salad:
- 1½cupsorzo
- 15ozgarbanzo beanschickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ⅓cupred onionfinely chopped
- 2cupsfresh spinachchopped
- 1½cupstomatoesdiced
- ½cupfeta cheesecrumbled
Dressing
- 3tbspred wine vinegar
- 1tbspFresh Lemon Juice
- ½tspdijon mustard
- 1tspsugar
- ⅛tspgarlic powder
- ⅓cupolive oil
Instructions

Cook orzo for 10 minutes until tender. Cool.

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk.

Combine orzo with remaining salad ingredients.
