  • 2tbspplain greek yogurt
  • ½red pepper,finely diced
  • cupwater chestnuts,chopped, or diced celery
  • 2tbspalmonds,chopped, optional
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ½tsplemon juice
  • salt and pepper,to taste
