  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, dried cranberries, and roasted sunflower seeds.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
