How To Make Dorito Taco Salad
This taco salad is loaded with appetizing colors and flavors of tender beef, crunchy Doritos and veggies! Serve these up at big parties for a filling dish.

Ingredients
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1packettaco seasoning
- ⅔cupwater
- 1iceberg lettuce head,chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1red pepper,or orange, chopped
- 1green pepper,chopped
- ½cupblack olives,sliced
- 1canpinto beans,rinsed, drained
- 1cuptomatoes,diced
- ¼cupgreen onions,chopped thin, leave a bit for garnish
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- 10ozDoritos,nacho flavored
- 16ozcatalina salad dressing
- sour cream,optional garnish
Instructions

Brown the ground beef until no pink remains, then drain any fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning packet and water, then simmer until thickened for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, peppers, black olives, pinto beans, tomatoes, cheddar, and green onions. Top with the seasoned and cooled ground beef.

Slightly crush the Doritos, then sprinkle on top. Drizzle with Catalina dressing, then toss to coat evenly.

Garnish with sour cream and additional green onions, serve, and enjoy!
