  • ½cupcarrots,shredded
  • ½cupdill pickles,shredded

For Dressing:

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • 1tspsugar
  • 2tbspDill Pickle Juice
  • 1tspfresh dill
  • ¼tspcelery seed
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
