For Detox Salad:
- 3cupskale leavesfinely-chopped
- 2cupsbroccoli floretsfinely-chopped
- 2cupsred cabbagefinely-chopped
- 1cupcarrotsshredded
- 1cupfresh cilantro leavesroughly-chopped
- ½cupslivered almondstoasted
- â…“cupgreen onionsthinly-sliced
- 1pcavocadopeeled, pitted and diced
For Carrot-Ginger Dressing:
- 1largecarrotpeeled and roughly-chopped
- ¼cuprice wine vinegar
- 2tbspavocado oil
- 1tbspfresh gingerfinely-chopped
- 1tbsphoney
- 1tbspwhite miso
- ½tsptoasted sesame oil
- Kosher saltto taste
- black pepperto taste
Instructions
Detox Salad:

Add all ingredients together in a large bowl, and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Carrot-Ginger Dressing:

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until completely smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, and/or add extra honey for a sweeter dressing.
