  • 1cupdry pasta
  • 8ozsalmon,skinned, cooked
  • ½cupred or yellow onion,minced
  • 1cupcelery,diced
  • 1medium red apple,diced
  • ½cupwalnuts or dry-roasted,unsalted peanuts, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 6ozfat-free yogurt
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 1tbspcurry powder
  • 2tspfresh lemon juice
  • 2clovesgarlic,crushed
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ½tspsalt,or to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper,to taste


  1. Cook pasta per package directions; drain and rinse. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients.

  2. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Refrigerate, or serve at room temperature.
