- 1cupdry pasta
- 8ozsalmon,skinned, cooked
- ½cupred or yellow onion,minced
- 1cupcelery,diced
- 1medium red apple,diced
- ½cupwalnuts or dry-roasted,unsalted peanuts, chopped
For the Dressing:
- 6ozfat-free yogurt
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tbspcurry powder
- 2tspfresh lemon juice
- 2clovesgarlic,crushed
- 1tspdijon mustard
- ½tspsalt,or to taste
- freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Cook pasta per package directions; drain and rinse. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
