How To Make Cucumber Radish Salad

Have a taste of freshness with this cucumber radish salad recipe. Thinly sliced radishes and cucumbers with fresh dill and zesty lemon juice for a bright salad.

  • 4 cucumbers, mini or Persian
  • 8 radishes, one bunch
  • 2 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • tbsp lemon juice, from half a lemon
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Thinly slice the radishes and cucumber with a knife or mandoline.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add the cucumber, radishes, green onion, dill, and dressing. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle a little extra salt and pepper if preferred.
