For Salad:
- 4cupscucumbers,seeds removed and sliced
- ¼cupred onion,thinly sliced
- 1avocado,peeled, pit removed, then diced
- ¼cupfresh dill,finely chopped
- ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
For Dressing:
- ¼cupolive oil
- 2tbspred wine vinegar
- 1tspdijon mustard
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ¼tsponion powder
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Place the cucumbers, red onion, avocado, dill, and feta cheese in a large bowl.

Place the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
