How To Make Cucumber Feta Salad

Cucumber feta salad is a refreshing dish to serve at summer parties. It is loaded with fresh ingredients tossed with Greek-style dressing.

For Salad:

  • 4cupscucumbers,seeds removed and sliced
  • ¼cupred onion,thinly sliced
  • 1avocado,peeled, pit removed, then diced
  • ¼cupfresh dill,finely chopped
  • ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled

For Dressing:

  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • ¼tsponion powder
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Place the cucumbers, red onion, avocado, dill, and feta cheese in a large bowl.

  2. Place the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.

  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat. Serve.
