- 3cucumbers,medium-size, seeded and chopped
- 3tomatoes,seeded and chopped
- 1onion,red, chopped
- ⅓cupfresh dill,finely chopped
- 3tbspwhite wine vinegar
- ¼cupolive oil
- 1lime,juiced
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- salt and pepper,to taste

In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
