A refreshingly light dip or spread made of cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh dill, and aromatics. Make one to pair with breads or tortilla chips.

  • 3cucumbers,medium-size, seeded and chopped
  • 3tomatoes,seeded and chopped
  • 1onion,red, chopped
  • cupfresh dill,finely chopped
  • 3tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1lime,juiced
  • 1tspgarlic,minced
  • ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the flavors blend.
