
How To Make Creamy Strawberry Feta Pasta Salad
For this pasta salad, we are combining strawberries with feta cheese, lettuce, and almond for texture and drizzle with creamy poppy seed dressing for taste.

For Poppy Seed Dressing:
- â…”cupGreek yogurt
- ¼cupapple cider vinegar
- ¼cupextra virgin olive oil
- ¼cuphoney
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspground dry mustard
- 1tbsppoppy seeds
For Pasta Salad:
- 1lbdry pasta
- 5cupsromaine lettuce,chopped
- 1-1½lbstrawberries
- 2avocados,diced
- ¾cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- ¾cupslivered or sliced almonds
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk all of the poppy seed dressing ingredients together.

Stir the remaining pasta salad ingredients in with the pasta. Toss with dressing. Add a little more feta and almonds if you wish.

Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
