
How To Make Creamy Poppyseed Fruit Salad
This fruit salad has mango, kiwi, strawberry, blueberry & blackberry, but can be customized as desired and is tossed in a poppyseed and yogurt dressing.

- 2cupsstrawberries,sliced
- 1largemango,diced
- 3kiwis,sliced
- 1cupblackberries
- 1cupblueberries
For Creamy Poppyseed Dressing:
- ½cuplite mayonnaise
- ½cuplow fat greek yogurt
- 2tbsplime juice
- 1tbspsugar
- 1tbsppoppyseeds

In a large bowl add strawberries, mango, kiwis, blackberries and blueberries.

In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, greek yogurt, lime juice, sugar, and poppyseeds. Drizzle over the fruit and toss until coated. Serve.
