How To Make Creamy Poppyseed Fruit Salad

This fruit salad has mango, kiwi, strawberry, blueberry & blackberry, but can be customized as desired and is tossed in a poppyseed and yogurt dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsstrawberries,sliced
  • 1largemango,diced
  • 3kiwis,sliced
  • 1cupblackberries
  • 1cupblueberries

For Creamy Poppyseed Dressing:

  • ½cuplite mayonnaise
  • ½cuplow fat greek yogurt
  • 2tbsplime juice
  • 1tbspsugar
  • 1tbsppoppyseeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add strawberries, mango, kiwis, blackberries and blueberries.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, greek yogurt, lime juice, sugar, and poppyseeds. Drizzle over the fruit and toss until coated. Serve.
