Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until coarsely chopped.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, diced apples, diced celery, chopped walnuts, and raisins.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until well combined.

  4. Pour the dressing over the cranberry mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
