  • 6ozbutter lettucechopped, or romaine
  • cupsedamamepreferably organic, defrosted if necessary
  • cupspurple cabbagechopped
  • ¼cupred onionchopped
  • broccoli floretsfrom 1 broccoli, finely sliced
  • 1red bell pepperchopped
  • cupfresh cilantroroughly chopped
  • dressingof choice


  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the butter lettuce, edamame, cabbage, onion, broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and cilantro.

  2. Toss to combine.

  3. Toss in enough dressing to lightly coat all of the ingredients.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
