- 6ozbutter lettucechopped, or romaine
- 1½cupsedamamepreferably organic, defrosted if necessary
- 1½cupspurple cabbagechopped
- ¼cupred onionchopped
- broccoli floretsfrom 1 broccoli, finely sliced
- 1red bell pepperchopped
- â…“cupfresh cilantroroughly chopped
- dressingof choice
Instructions

In a large serving bowl, combine the butter lettuce, edamame, cabbage, onion, broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
