Have a refreshing side with this cilantro lime coleslaw made with cabbage, jicama, and carrots. It’s tossed in a lime-mayo dressing with a hint of spice.

  • 4cupsgreen cabbage,or napa cabbage, shredded
  • 2cupsjicama,julienned or spiralized
  • 1carrot,shredded or julienned
  • ¼cupcilantro

For Dressing:

  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • ¼tspcumin
  • tspcelery salt
  • tspsmoked paprika
  • 1lime,juiced


  1. Place cabbage, jicama, carrot, and cilantro in a medium bowl.

  2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  4. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
