  • 7ozchicken breast,cooked, shredded or diced
  • 2tbsplight mayonnaise
  • 1small scallion,chopped
  • 2tsplime juice
  • 2tbspcilantro,chopped
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • tspgarlic powder
  • tspcumin
  • tspchile powder
  • chicken broth,low sodium


  1. Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, scallions, lime juice, and cilantro.

  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and chile powder. Add a little chicken broth if chicken seems too dry, 1 tablespoon at a time.
