- 2tbsplight mayonnaise
- 1small scallion,chopped
- 2tsplime juice
- 2tbspcilantro,chopped
- kosher salt and pepper
- ⅛tspgarlic powder
- ⅛tspcumin
- ⅛tspchile powder
- chicken broth,low sodium
