How To Make Chopped Wedge Salad

Have a light yet filling chopped wedge salad for lunch or as a side dish. Enjoy a salad meal with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, blue cheese, and chives!

Preparation: 10 minutes

Total: 15 minutes



  • 6cupslettuce,Romaine, Butter, or Iceberg, chopped
  • 2small tomatoes,diced, or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 5bacon,cooked, center cut slices
  • ¼cupblue cheese,crumbled
  • ½cupblue cheese dressing
  • chives,chopped, for garnish


  1. Place the lettuce in a large platter, then top with the tomatoes, crumbled bacon, blue cheese, and blue cheese dressing.

  2. Garnish with chopped chives, serve, and enjoy!
