How To Make Chilli Chicken & Bacon Salad

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of chilli powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 4 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the chicken breasts with the chilli powder mixture on both sides.

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble.

In a large bowl, toss together the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, sliced almonds, and crumbled bacon.

Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on top of the salad.
