  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, apples, celery, and walnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Serve the chicken Waldorf salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
