How To Make Chicken Shawarma Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and mint.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, tahini, and water until smooth. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Divide the salad among four plates and top each with sliced grilled chicken.
