How To Make Chicken Salad with Lemon and Dill

Tender and juicy chicken is the secret to a wonderful chicken salad. Top it off with lemon and dill dressing for a minty and savory taste.

  • 10½ozchicken breasts,(from 1 whole rotisserie chicken), cooked skinless boneless
  • 2tbspfresh dill
  • 1lemon,juiced and zest
  • 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • ¼tspkosher salt


  1. Remove the chicken legs, wings and thighs from the rotisserie chicken and set aside for another meal.

  2. Remove the skin from the 2 breasts and remove the meat from the bones. Break the chicken into chunks with your hands or a knife and place into a large bowl. Add the fresh dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil and salt.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
