How To Make Chicken Salad with Apples, Grapes, and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apples, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chicken and fruit mixture, and toss until well coated.
