How To Make Chicken Caesar Salad

Our chicken caesar salad is tossed in with crunchy veggies, croutons and a creamy dressing! It’s also served with garlic flatbread for a more filling meal.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8chicken tenders
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • grilled chicken seasoning
  • 8cupsromaine lettuce
  • cupscroutons
  • ¾cupparmesan cheese,grated

For Flatbread:

  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 2tbspparsley
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 4Flatout ProteinUP™ Carb Down® Flatbread

For Dressing:

  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tbspanchovy paste
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 2tspworcestershire sauce
  • 2tspdijon mustard
  • 3tbsplemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Set aside.

  2. Combine the chicken tenders and olive oil in a small bowl. Season the chicken as desired.

  3. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  4. Combine the olive oil, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl, then brush them on each flatbread.

  5. Cook the flatbread on a grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until lightly grilled. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then cook until melted.

  6. Cut the romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces, then transfer them to a large bowl. Add the croutons, parmesan cheese, and prepared chicken.

  7. Top the salad with the dressing, then toss to combine.

  8. Cut the grilled flatbread into 6 pieces, serve with prepared salad, and enjoy!
