How To Make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

This pasta salad recipe takes shredded chicken breasts and al dente pasta and mixes them with a caesar dressing, tomatoes, and fresh lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1lbdry pasta
  • 1lbchicken breasts,cooked, diced or shredded into bite-sized pieces
  • 1Romaine lettuce,small, roughly chopped about 5-6 cups loosely packed
  • 1pintcherry tomatoes,or grape tomatoes
  • 1cupcroutons,homemade or store-bought
  • 1batchGreek Yogurt Caesar Dressing
  • cupparmesan cheese,freshly-grated
  • ¼cuppine nuts,toasted, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente in a large stockpot of generously-salted water, according to package instructions.

  2. Drain the pasta into a colander, then rinse thoroughly with cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain pasta completely, then return it to the stockpot.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, and toss until combined.

  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
