How To Make Cauliflower Salad

Start your day with this fully loaded cauliflower salad made with fresh veggies, roasted cauliflower, and bacon tossed all together in a creamy dressing.

Total: 30 minutes



  • 1cauliflower head
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ½cupradishes,sliced
  • ½cupcelery,diced
  • ½cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 2green onions,sliced
  • 4bacon slices,cooked and crumbled

For the Dressing:

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • ¼sour cream
  • 3tbspsweet relish
  • 1tspmustard,or dijon mustard
  • 2tbspapple cider vinegar
  • salt & pepper,to taste


Cauliflower Salad:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender-crisp. Set aside to cool completely.


  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

To Assemble:

  1. Place cooled cauliflower in a large bowl along with remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing.

  2. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
