How To Make Cashew Chicken Salad

Change up your usual chicken salad with this nut-filled recipe. The dish has cashews, celery, and grapes tossed in a creamy mayo sauce.

For Pasta:

  • 3cupspasta,cooked
  • ½bunchcelery,chopped
  • ½bunchgreen onions,sliced
  • 3chicken breasts,cubed and cooked
  • 1cupsgrapes,sliced in half
  • 2cupscashews

For Sauce:

  • cupsmayonnaise
  • ¾cupbrown sugar
  • 1tbspcider vinegar
  • tsplemon juice
  • tspsalt


  1. Mix all pasta ingredients together, except cashews.

  2. Combine sauce ingredients and poor over salad. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Add cashews just before serving.
