A “salad” of apples, pineapple, marshmallows, and peanuts is topped with creamy butterscotch.

How To Make Caramel Apple Salad

  • 8 oz. frozen topping, thawed (whipped)
  • 1 pkg. dry instant butterscotch pudding
  • 8 oz. crushed (pineapple with juice)
  • 3 cups apples (diced )
  • 1 cup dry peanuts (roasted )
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  1. Mix cool whip, butterscotch pudding and crushed pineapple with juice.
  2. Add apples, roasted nuts and marshmallows.
  3. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
